2025 — Brand Identity & Print System

From garage-image contractor to premium window brand.

Top Notch Glass was closing $20K jobs with brochures that looked like every other contractor. We gave them a brand worth the price tag — and a sales kit that owns the room.

OVERVIEW

A $3M window business that still looked like a weekend repair shop. We rebuilt the brand and the sales kit from scratch.

THE CHALLENGE

The brand was three years behind the business.

TN Glass was winning. $1M year one, on track for $3M, five-star reviews stacking up across the Pacific Northwest.

But the brand told a different story. A generic badge logo. A name that read "small repair shop." Sales reps walking into $20K consultations armed with the same Milgard brochures every competitor hands out.

The work was premium. The brand wasn't backing it up. Every truck on the road, every card left on a doorstep, every folder handed over at a consultation — all of it was leaving money on the table.

OUR SOLUTION

A new name. A new direction. A sales kit that owns the room.

We didn't refresh — we rebuilt. "Top Notch Windows" kept the familiar "TN" thread, dropped the repair-shop read, and signaled the move upmarket.

A vintage direction in a sea of corporate blue. Big competitors like Renewal by Andersen own clean and corporate. Local competitors are visually weak. We took the middle — warm, craftsmanship-driven, navy with burnt orange. Human, with legacy.

A tagline that answers the only question that matters. For any in-home service, the customer is asking one thing: who's coming into my house? Good people, great windows.

THE RESULTS

A brand the team is proud to wear.

A complete print system that owns every touchpoint of the sales process — from the first knock on the door to the work order signed at the kitchen table. The kind of brand a $3M business should have had from the start.

WHAT nadeem SAID

“I was super nervous to rebrand and i still have a lot of work going forward but this came out amazing! Rebranding made me confront the fact that we had no brand at all. I finally tore off the brandaid.

I’m also super glad i didn’t opt for one of the main home service branding companies and went a different path “
