The budget backed it up, $240K projected on Google Ads this year. The website wasn't ready for it. Clicks were coming in. Booked jobs weren't. So before the full rebrand the website, we started with the landing page. When you're spending that much on ads, every week without a converting page is money left on the table.

OUR SOLUTION

A landing page sprint. Then the long game.

We started a one-page CRO sprint. Single landing page, built fast, designed to convert. Hero, social proof, pricing anchor, 5-step process, real testimonials, comparison table, form built to qualify leads, not just collect them. Approved in the first review.

Then we reframed everything. "5 weeks of construction" became "only 6 active build days on-site." Empty court photos became families playing, kids on the lines, Airbnb guests enjoying the space. The product wasn't a court. It was the weekend it unlocked.
