THE CHALLENGE

Built like a contractor. Priced like a premium
brand.

Build My Courts was doing premium work — turnkey backyard courts starting
at $28K. Concrete, paint, lights, fencing — all in-house, no subcontractors. Quality that outranked every regional competitor.

But the brand didn't show it. A generic logo. A website full of empty courts — no families, no energy, no story. Weak CTAs, buried phone numbers, and ad spend that had nowhere good to land.

Build My Courts was already running Google Ads — but the spend wasn't converting the way it should. Clicks were coming in. Booked jobs weren't. So before the full rebrand, we started with the landing page. Fix the conversion problem first, then build the brand around it.

OUR SOLUTION

A landing page sprint. Then the long game.

We started a one-page CRO sprint. Single landing page, built fast, designed to convert. Hero, social proof, pricing anchor, 5-step process, real testimonials, comparison table, form built to qualify leads — not just collect them. Approved in the first review.

Then we reframed everything. "5 weeks of construction" became "only 6 active build days on-site." Empty court photos became families playing, kids on the lines, Airbnb guests enjoying the space. The product wasn't a court. It was the weekend it unlocked.

The full website followed the same logic. Navigation built around court type, not business category. Multi-location architecture from day one. One template — new cities slot in without a redesign.

LANDING PAGE SPRINT

Approved in the first client review. Six sections, one goal: book the consultation.

Built to scale from day one. Multi-location architecture. User-centric navigation by court type
instead of business category. One template, deployed everywhere. New cities don't need redesign
— just content.

Full Website design

Before: a generic contractor site with no story and no people.
After: a premium brand that earns a $28K starting price.

UI Design System

Components and patterns built once — reused across every page and sections.

SOCIAL PROOF

Text screenshots and raw reviews.
Authenticity beats polish.

site map restructure

Navigation built around how people actually search — by sport type, not business category.

SCALABLE ARCHITECTURE

One template. Every city. New markets need content, not a redesign.

THE RESULTS

A brand that earns its starting price.

A brand that finally matches the quality of the work. A landing page that generates qualified leads from day one. A website architecture that lets them expand to new cities, new courts, and new services — without starting over.

WHAT Austin SAID

“I was super nervous to rebrand and i still have a lot of work going forward but this came out amazing! Rebranding made me confront the fact that we had no brand at all. I finally tore off the brandaid.

I’m also super glad i didn’t opt for one of the main home service branding companies and went a different path “
